Is Resonia HIPAA compliant?
Yes, Resonia is designed to be fully HIPAA compliant. We implement comprehensive administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we sign Business Associate Agreements with all relevant subprocessors.
What equipment do I need for VR therapy?
For VR therapy sessions, you'll need a compatible VR headset such as the Meta Quest 2/3, HTC Vive, or Valve Index. Your clients will also need a VR headset. Sessions can be conducted entirely in VR, allowing you and your client to meet in a virtual therapy room and interact with shared instruments.
Can I use Resonia with my existing EHR system?
Resonia includes comprehensive clinical documentation features (SOAP notes, treatment plans, etc.). We're working on integrations with major EHR systems. For now, you can export your clinical data in standard formats for import into your EHR.
How does billing and insurance work?
Resonia includes integrated billing features. You can create superbills for clients to submit to their insurance companies, process direct insurance claims (with proper credentialing), and manage your fee schedule. We support standard CPT codes used in music therapy practice.
What if I need help during a session?
Our support team is available during business hours via email at support@harmonia.app. For critical issues, we offer priority support for Professional and Enterprise tiers. We also have comprehensive in-app help documentation and troubleshooting guides.
