Nine integrated products: Resonia Sites, Scheduling, Connect, Sound, Charts, Portal, Insights, Practice, and Immerse. Together they cover telehealth, documentation, music therapy tools, and VR environments for therapists across all modalities.
We built each product for therapy specifically, and they share the same client records, calendar, and login. The platform is HIPAA compliant and brings your whole practice into one place.
Product Overview
Resonia is a nine-product platformfor therapists who would rather not manage a stack of disconnected tools. One cloud application covers the practice’s digital needs, from Resonia Sites and Scheduling to Connect, Sound, Charts, and Immerse, in one place.
Platform Type
Desktop-First Web Application with progressive web app (PWA) capabilities for mobile access. Browser-based VR requires no downloads or installations.

Unlike generic practice management systems or standard telehealth platforms, Resonia supports therapists across all modalities. Resonia Sound provides 18 instruments you can play together over video and a soundscape builder with 15 ambient layers. Resonia Insights drafts AI session analysis for your review and includes quick assessments (SRS, ORS, MTES). Resonia Sites generates complete therapy websites in under 60 seconds with AI, a split-view WYSIWYG editor, and 24 section layout variants. And Resonia Immerse, which we’re still building, will take sessions into browser-based VR environments.
The platform supports the complete therapy lifecycle: from Resonia Portal for client intake, through Scheduling for bookings, Connect for session delivery, Charts for clinical documentation, to Practice for billing and outcomes measurement. Because the products share one record, information entered once carries through, and less of your week goes to moving data between tools.

A calm place for your clients between sessions: appointments, homework, mood check-ins, and secure messages.

AI drafts session analysis and treatment plans for your review, plus insurance card OCR and practice analytics.
