Is there a free trial?
Not yet. Resonia is in early access, so the way in is the waitlist. Waitlist members get launch pricing and hear from us first when spots open.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What is the difference between each tier?
Website Only and Booking Only are focused single-feature plans. Practice Starter combines both at a discount. Essentials is the complete platform with video sessions and clinical features. Professional adds VR, AI, and 1 free Practice Admin seat. Large Practice includes unlimited team members. Healthcare System is customized for organizations. How do team seats work?
Large Practice tier includes unlimited team members. Professional tier includes 1 free Practice Admin seat. You can add additional seats: Practice Admins for billing and admin tasks without PHI access, Therapist seats (same as base plan) for clinicians, and Supervisor seats for clinical oversight. See add-on pricing above.
What can a Practice Admin do?
Practice Admins can manage billing, edit your therapist website, view analytics, send invoices, and handle administrative tasks. They CANNOT access patient records, clinical notes, or join therapy sessions - ensuring HIPAA compliance while delegating non-clinical work.
How do document sharing and e-signatures work?
Professional tier and above includes secure document sharing with patients and e-signature capture for consent forms. Build custom consent forms with our drag-and-drop builder, send to patients, and collect legally-binding electronic signatures - all HIPAA compliant.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 17% (equivalent to 2 months free). You can switch to annual billing at any time.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum commitment. You can cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront but can be cancelled with a prorated refund.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes, we offer 20% off all tiers for qualified non-profit organizations. Contact us for verification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Large Practice and Healthcare System customers can also pay via ACH or invoice.
Is my data secure and HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All tiers include HIPAA compliance, AES-256 encryption, secure data storage, and Business Associate Agreements (BAA). Role-based permissions ensure team members only access data they need.
Can I try the VR features?
VR therapy environments are included on the Professional and Large Practice plans. We are in early access, so the way to see them is to join the waitlist.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. We provide export tools for easy migration.
